Terms of Service
These terms govern access to Revenue Guard and its Shopify revenue-protection service.
Service
Revenue Guard provides automated observations about storefront buyer journeys, tracking configurations and aggregated revenue signals. Results are diagnostic signals and do not guarantee sales, uptime, attribution or a specific root cause.
Accounts and authorized use
You must have authority to install the app on each Shopify store. You may not use Revenue Guard to scan unrelated systems, bypass access controls or collect sensitive information.
Plans, renewal and cancellation
Paid plans are billed and managed by Shopify App Pricing. Subscription approval, renewal, invoices, plan changes and cancellation are handled in Shopify Admin under the terms displayed by Shopify.
Operational limits
Monitoring can be limited by storefront passwords, anti-bot systems, third-party outages, browser-provider availability and theme changes. Infrastructure failures are separated from confirmed store failures where possible.
Estimates and liability
Potential revenue exposure is a conservative range based on recent store performance, incident duration and confidence. It is not a statement of actual loss or revenue saved. To the extent permitted by law, Revenue Guard is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
